Education Qualifications for the Posts of Punjab Bathinda Central University Recruitment
Qualifications are as per UGC Regulations 2018 (and amendments). Basic requirements are,

- Register and fill out the online application form carefully for each post you wish to apply for.

Punjab Bathinda Central University Recruitment Selection Process
Selection will be through a merit-based process as follows:
- Shortlisting of candidates based on rules (as per UGC Regulations 2018). Only the top 25 candidates (for 1 post) or 35 candidates (for 2 posts of the same category) will be called for an interview.
- For departments where concerned/relevant/allied subjects are mentioned, the top 13 from the concerned subject group and the top 12 from the relevant/allied subjects group will be shortlisted per post.
- The selection process may include a presentation, seminar, interview, or a combination of these, as decided by the Selection Committee.
- Final appointments are made by the Executive Council of the University. All appointments are provisional until certificates are fully verified.
